Hi guys,

I am back in town Since May 7, after a 2,000-mile-plus road trip for two
college Graduations, one in Rock Hill, SC and one in Miami. I'm sorry I
missed the general meeting last week and the BOD meeting last night.
Total family business.

Can someone call me to bring me up to speed tonight between 9&10 PM
or sometime tomorrow night? Mobile: 301-537-7645 with text too.
Or sometime before the weekend?

As an aside, do you know of a club member(s) who would like to join me
In setting up a Field Day-like satellite station in my backyard to casually
learn the ropes and prep for our FD? I thought I would ask here on the
BoD reflector first, before a general announcement on the general
club reflector.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Pat

Subject: [K3pzn-board] Meeting Monday

Guys,

On Monday, need to discuss the following:

1. Steve's Dayton adventures.

2. Field Day plans.

3. WiFi on the DNR tower at Gambrill Park.

Mike/Keith contacted me about placing an antenna on the tower at Gambrill Park which would be an ideal location to provide links to our area:

"We have an opportunity to put a backbone node on the DNR tower at Gambrill Park.

This node is perfectly situated to connect east to several of your interesting locations.

However, feel if this is to have a successful outcome, the club should handle the process.

Please talk this over and get back to me on how best to proceed."

Keith

See at Bob Evans' on Monday at 6:00 PM.

John, AK3Z
