[K3pzn-board] CCARC Board Meeting Call

Sounds good!  I put this coming Monday, August 24,
7 PM EDT on my calendar so I will be there at the
CC Public Library in Eldersburg.  Address there is
6400 W Hemlock Dr, Sykesville, MD 21784 located next to the
new strip mall Wal-Mart under construction.

One easy agenda item I suggest is to bring your
personal calendar (iOS or Android or ??) to agree
on our club 2015-2016 event dates:

GENERAL MEETING ON SECOND --- BOARD ON FOURTH?

Monday, September 14 - - - -  Monday, September 28

Monday, October 12* - - - - - Monday, October 26

Monday, November  9 - - - - - Monday, November 23

Holiday Party Date (TBD depending on hall)

Field Day 2016 Dates (TBD)

CCARC Tail Gate Date (TBD)

Mason-Dixon Date and location (TBD)

What other agenda items ought we entertain?

How about the Fourth Monday of the month to start?  And when in the Sykesville/Eldersburg area, I might suggest the library like Andy said (my first choice) and Panera Bread near the library (as my second choice).  Although I fear the fourth Monday might be too close to the first Monday to take care of some Action Items that may need to be completed by the general meeting time.  Or not.

Hmmmm.  Maybe this schedule will work out anyways.  Note:

*October 12 is Columbus Day, a federal holiday for some of us.

By the way, I will miss the Monday, August 10, meeting because I will be at my annual pilgrimage to northern Utah to attend the

I checked the Eldersburg library page and the small conference room (12

people) is free a lot o10f evenings.

I'd like to avoid the club meeting week so we're not out 2 nights the same week. Best days for me are Monday / Wed. Tuesdays on the 1st and 3rd week are bad, all Thursdays are bad.

I'd like to have a Tailgate planning meeting on Sat 8/8 about 9AM so we have an idea how we set up the lot and how many people we need where.
