Gentlemen,

I am going out of town on business tomorrow for eight 
straight calendar days, so I will miss Monday's regular 
Membership meeting.  

Can someone please take notes for me and send them 
to the reflector?  

After my return I will check for a previous "standard 
meeting agenda" form and minutes-taking format, 
otherwise I'll create one with fill-in-the-blanks and 
other fine features.  

Thoughts?

How about the Fourth Monday of the month to start?  And when in the Sykesville/Eldersburg area, I might suggest the library like Andy said (my first choice) and Panera Bread near the library (as my second choice).  Although I fear the fourth Monday might be too close to the first Monday to take care of some Action Items that may need to be completed by the general meeting time.  Or not.  

MEETING GENERAL .................... BOARD ON FOURTH Monday, August 10 .................... Monday, August 24 Monday, September 14 .................. Monday, September 28 Monday, October 12* ......................Monday, October 26 Monday, November  9.................. Monday, November 23

Hmmmm.  Maybe this schedule will work out anyways.  Note: 
*October 12 is Columbus Day, a federal holiday for some of us.  
But that has not stopped a general meeting before, right?  

By the way, I will miss the Monday, August 10, meeting because I will be at my annual pilgrimage to northern Utah to attend the 
Small Sat Conference.   At http://www.smallsat.org

I'd like to avoid the club meeting week so we're not out 2 nights the same week. Best days for me are Monday / Wed. Tuesdays on the 1st and 3rd week are bad, all Thursdays are bad.

I'd like to have a Tailgate planning meeting on Sat 8/8 about 9AM so we have an idea how we set up the lot and how many people we need where.

I am back in town.  Did we have a K3PZN board meeting while I

Can we set up our meetings at the CC Public Library in Sykesville-
Eldersburg from now on?  Or was it a done deal last week?  

If we did NOT meet then how about one day soon, before 
Monday, September 14, the date of our next general membership 
Club meeting?

Sounds good!  I put this coming Monday, August 24,
7 PM EDT on my calendar so I will be there at the
CC Public Library in Eldersburg.  Address there is
6400 W Hemlock Dr, Sykesville, MD 21784 located next to the
new strip mall Wal-Mart under construction.

One easy agenda item I suggest is to bring your
personal calendar (iOS or Android or ??) to agree
on our club 2015-2016 event dates:


GENERAL MEETING ON SECOND --- BOARD ON FOURTH?
