Steve,

Problem is BOD QIS address does not take attachments.  I do not have 
personal email addresses of the BOD members except WX3F and Andy who 
sent me his email this evening.   They both have the attachment.  So you 
and the others reading this message send me your email and I will return 
the attachment.  I got back early and will check the mail for next few 
hours.
