[K3pzn-board] Meeting location

We've had some discussion about where to hold the feb meeting but not come to a decision yet.  Since the eoc isn't ready yet let's delay that until its ready for a tour.  I think that means we pick a restaurant with a meeting room since libraries are booked. 

My vote is we try Bullox for Feb and see how it goes. Come eat at say 6:30 and we then need a meeting topic to start closer to 7:30.
