[K3pzn-board] Board Meeting Again

I'm in a training class M-W-Sa until the 20th...so I think the only week 
nights I have is the 9th, 22nd, 23rd. Sorry things got very busy this 
month. I should be on a more reasonable schedule in Jan, then back to 
insanity for Feb-April.
