[K3pzn-board] Board Meetings and Such

Pat,

Currently at Tom stated, we meet the Monday after the general club meeting.
But with the new Board taking effect after April 1, we can change the time
to better suit everyone.

The meetings are the third Mondays of the month (tonight) at 7:30 at the EOC
where our usual meetings are held.
