Below is the Agenda for tomorrow's meeting:

 

1.       Pick a date for the Club's "private sale for members" that can
occur a few weeks before the tailgate fest.  Perhaps we set prices on all
unneeded and unwanted items from the barn and club station and set a two
hour window on a weekend for folks to drop by and drop cash.  If anything is
left over and there is enough time before the tailgate fest can advertise it
on the list.  Then we can sell what is left at the Tailgate fest.

2.       Need to finish up on the by-laws/articles.

 

The good news is that the County has not yet sent out the bid packages for
the construction/destruction work.  So there is a good chance we have 6-8
months before we really have to leave and will give us more time to make
plans for storage and possible new homes.

 

Hopefully we can make it a short meeting.  Is it possible for us to move the
start time up to 7 PM  (can everyone make it)?
