I stopped by the Ag Center this morning and spoke with Nichole about the club's rental of facilities for the Tailgate Fest on 8-18-2013 and the Hamfest on 10-27-2013 and submitted our applications for the events.

For the Tailgate Fest:
     Set-up is scheduled for 8/17/2013 from 4 to 6 PM
     Event is scheduled for 8/18/2013 from 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM
     Teardown and clean-up is scheduled for 12 to 3 PM

For the Hamfest:
     Set-up is scheduled for 10/26/2013 from 4 to 6 PM
     Event is scheduled for 10/27/2013 from 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM
     Teardown and clean-up is scheduled for 12 to 3 PM

Tailgate Fest rent is $325.00.  We are renting the outside pavilion, parking lot and restrooms in the Blizzard building.

Hamfest rent is $675.00.  We are renting Burns Hall, Burns Hall kitchen, the breezeway, Alesia building (next to the breezeway) and the Blizzard building restrooms.  (Rent last year was $950.)

Table rental fee is $5.00 each.
Chair rental fee is $.50 each.

I requested 15 tables and 90 chairs (6 per table) for the outside pavilion for the Tailgate Fest.  ($75 + $45 = $120)  So, $120 for tables and chairs plus $325 facility rental = $445. 
We are to supply Nichole with the number of tables and chairs used for the Hamfest after the event and she will bill us.

We are required to use a food vendor on the Ag Center approved list for our events.

There is no outside PA for the outside available from Burns Hall, only from Shipley Arena.  The inside PA is available.

Internet access is only available in Shipley Arena.

We need to pick and schedule a food vendor for the events.
