[K3pzn-board] CCARC Insurance Policy, and Ag Center Agreement

Barnes-Bollinger has found a new insurance company for the CCARC policy, Selective Insurance Company.  The new policy provides the same coverage as the old policy and the new premium is $255, significantly less than the new minimum of $500 with Ohio Casualty.

I will stop by Barnes-Bollinger this afternoon to sign the approval to change companies, and deliver a check for $255.

I called the Ag Center and left a message about the date typo on our Hamfest agreement.  I noted that the financial page of the agreement has the correct Event Date of Oct. 21.  The cover sheet has the setup and event date as Oct.20 and tear-down as Oct. 21.
