Yes nice that we have this in place.  Traditional task list ??

1. Choose the menu.  Not that any of us are getting old, or are still picky 
eaters like when we were very young - this is interesting to watch!  It is 
Christmas and Hanukkah, so some liberty here.  

2. Appreciate our decorations/prizes team (as well as funding them).  
3. See if anyone will allow/prepare for some music (and see who the real music 
geeks Pat and Phil will invite to participate).  

4. Remember we have at least 2 faiths represented (I will gladly help screen the 
Xmas carols, I can only think of one I suggest not using that mentions are other 
friends by name) -- and prepare to enjoy the occasion.   
5. Suggest to remembers its not a bad time to also pay dues, to write a single 
check etc.  

6. OK sometimes we present an award or a few (last year I think it was N3III 
which was much deserved)
7. Be proactive in inviting some of the scarce members personally (those that 
have attended some of our meetings -- Phil, Rich, Jim just to mention a few -- I 
can help contribute to a list).  


Of course additions/subtractions/corrections are welcome.  This is a bit easier 
than FD or the SET.

  Guys:

I was able to catch up with Marcy at the VFW..we are confirmed for 
Sunday December 12th for our Christmas dinner..she is to send me an up 
dated menu and I'll get it to everyone so we can determine what our 
choices will be..
