Hi Curt,

I took an action item at the last board 
meeting to put a list of club "activities 
and accountability" items drafted by Tony 
Krauth, KF3AK, (our previous treasurer) 
into a spreadsheet and try to take a 
stab at "dispositioning" each one for 
the club.  

Might you be willing to be my sanity 
checker for my first attempt?  (Please 
say Yes -- cuz I "volunteered" you up to 
a point! ;-)  

Then, once I coordinate it with you (and 
anyone else on the board who desires) then 
I can bring it to the next board meeting 
on Wednesday, February 17, to share.  (Ouch, 
... that is the Wednesday eve that follows 
the President's Day Holiday and there is a 
chance I will be away in Miami for a college 
visit with my daughter Bekah.)  

Anyhow or either way, a lot can be accom-
plished by e-mail, and some by telephone . . . 

May I call you to give some background?

P.S. An aside: Are you willing to consider 
a "re-up" as board person for club elections 
in March?  (I said yes, and others too, as 
I believe most of the club officials who were 
polled at the time agreed.)
