[K3pzn-board] Possible Tech Talk for Mason-Dixon Hamfest

Gentlemen;

We may have a presentation lined up for the Mason Dixon Hamfest in  
October. Frank Gentes K0BRA has been trying to organize a Charleston  
Receiver build here in Carroll for a couple months. We have at least 4  
boards to put together. They're surface mount boards, and the process  
used involves putting down solder paste using a stencil, placing the  
parts - some using a microscope, and then putting the boards into a  
toaster oven to melt and reflow the solder. It's all a very cool  
activity to see. Frank and I will be chatting this Sunday at the  
Tailgate Fest about the possibility of doing the build during our  
Hamfest in October.

If we can organize it properly, this would be a VERY COOL tech talk and demo.

Let's also consider the possibility that we'll have another PICetSAT  
Balloon launch too!
