Hey Pat

Good to hear you had some time off with vacation...

We will need need help early in the morning with ticket sales and 
parking..also after the event we need to clean up any trash/junk left by 
vendors and remove our signs. The event usually starts winding down 
around 2pm..especially if it's hot.

We appreciate your offer and look forward to seeing you Sunday.
