Pete:

Sorry for the delay getting back with you on the Ag center rental. I 
spoke with Nicole and she agreed to waiver all of the table and chair 
rental fees after fI explained to her all of the issues we had with them 
this year....no paper towels, electric hand dryers not working, PA 
system problems inside and outside (again), blown breakers in the 
kitchen. She admitted the facility needs attention.

Anyway...there you have it.
