[K3pzn-board] Tailgate fest

Guys:

I am not feeling well and won't be attending the meeting this 
evening,,,I spoke with the food vendor for our Tailgate fest and 
Hamfest...she (Dawn) is ready for us. She hope to be set up for the 
Tailgate fest around 6:30 -7am with coffee and dough nuts. Pete has sent 
the check to the Ag Center for the Tailgate fest..so we're ready to go. 
We need to line up folks to put up signs and stakes/ribbon for the 
parking lot.

Sorry I won't be there this evening but I'll catch up with you guys next 
week at the BOD meeting.
