welcome back (to colder climate, land of less exotic callsigns ...) !  
 
sounds like you have been to the Minifest before and you think its worthwhile ?
 
move board meeting ?  do you mean move location or move time ?  
 
i am NOT available next wednesday (i am occupied the 2nd and 4th wednesday each month, which occasionally is same nite as board meeting).  
 
if the board collectively wished to attend the mini-fest (it is a longer journey ...) we could of course meet afterwards someplace for dinner or desert?  
 
I don't want to presume everyone's interest .... it would be valuable to get a board-quorum someplace to better plan out our year !  
 
PS - at my station:
 
- still making a few DX and other QSO's on top band (all CW)
- i am still uploading to LOTW, getting more nice QSL's, transferred 'Trusted QSL' to my 'ham radio pc' which presented some minor IT challenge (to me anyway!)
- regen prototype assembled and in debug -- found a missing wire, discovered a need to change a bias resistor in regen circuit ... still something is amiss.  interesting project -- but it may not be ideal for the masses
- i am evaluating some other club project ideas .... 
- i have my station gel cell charged, and my 2m HT charged ... 
- i am still contemplating getting a better CW paddle
- i am operating some PSK31 with 'low automation' - i have parts available to build a VOX-like transmit interface (but i really should try plain vox again before i build !)
