Thanks for bringing this to our attention!  

My idea for the board is to consider appointing a public relations officer.  Credentials - would be nice if they are easy to contact (have an answering machine and/or are retired and willing to engage whomever).  

I can't imagine too many inquirees .... nice that she inquired!
