[K3pzn-board] February BoD Meeting

To all,
I spoke with my DR today and I should get out of the hospital by Saturday 
but will be restricted to my house for at least another week, so it looks 
like I will not be able to make the Board Meeting next week.  I shouldn't be 
up on my feet too much so I will have to get back in bed now.  This computer 
is a wall mounted unit for standup only use.  Talk to you all later.
