[K3pzn-board] Holiday Party at Wilhelms

Dear K3PZN Board Members;

I am pleased to announce that I had a nice
conversation with Leslie (The "deposit" woman) today
from Wilhelms.  

I am able to confirm our Holiday Dinner reservation
that we have set for Sunday December 17th at 4:30pm,
under our name "Carroll County Amateur Radio Club".

She found my "lost" $150.00 deposit and has correctly
applied it to our event. 

I will borrow heavily from N3YIM's menu expertise to
determine what foods to offer, and by December 8th, we
need to make FINAL PAYMENT and guarantee a specific
number of guests.  

I will be glad to advertise the event and get as many
pre-payments as possible, and I expect we'll have some
"pay at the door" oppportunities as well.  

I missed last year's holiday party for a good reason -
I scheduled too many antenna parties that day.  This
year - I'll make sure to take Sunday Off!
