Hello all,

we didn't get into the menu at the Board Meeting so I have a menu proposal 
and a question.

First does anyone see a need for a vegetarian Main Entree?  Here is my 
proposal:

MAIN ENTREE                      CASSEROLES                          
POTATO/VEGETABLE
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roast Beef                          Beef Barbecue                        
Green Beans Almondine
Baked Ham *                      Seafood Newburg                Buttered 
Corn or Mexican Corn
Roast Turkey & Dressing       Beef Stroganoff                       Mashed 
Potatoes

*The Vegetarian lasagna could replace the Baked Ham to provide a vegetarian 
entree.

The rest would be as usual, Soup and Salad Bar, Dinner Rolls, Dessert Bar 
(reg & decaf) and Iced Tea.

Please let me know your feelings on the vegetarian entree ASAP.
