Hi Everyone;

I have some good news and bad news about the K3PZN
club station!

The tribander ROCKS on 20 meters, the 160 windom seems
to work reasonably well on 75, and I confess to
burning something up, probably the balun, on the 80
meter windom earlier today when tuning my Drake L4B
amplifier into it.  I am going to operate at K3PZN
next Sunday to participate in Day II of the ARRL
Sweepstakes competition.

I will double check my diagnosis of the 80m windom
next week/weekend and hope to get it repaired within a
week or so.

Does anyone know whether the 80m windom can be
repaired by letting down a rope - or is a tower climb?
