I cannot make the 16th as I am scheduled for a
procedure in the hospital on the next morning and
preparations are required the day before.

We could try for the Monday Nov 21. That should be
far enough removed from Thanksgiving to be a
typical Monday.

Since some of you are not going to be available
for a board meeting on the 23'rd, due to
Thanksgiving, I recommend we hold the BoD meeting
one week earlier, on the 16'th.

Please suggest an alternate date if this is a
problem.
