Ok, I have filed the safe deposit box paperwork, and checked the contents of the box.

The contents are:

A sealed envelope marked 285 repeater.
The title to the van
A letter concerning the van from the govenor.
A letter certifying that we are a registered charitable organization.

I agree with Frank K3MTT that we should replace the safe deposit box with a fire-resistant lock box.  (also maintain several copies.)

Unless there is an objection, I intend to remove the items and make xerox copies.  I will replace them immediately afterwards.
