With the issues and business we discuss I do not believe that any
restruant is a good place for the meeting, I discussed with WM and he
agreed that we can meet to eat and go to the FTC for the formal meeting,
Harry's is inexpensive and good at the same and we owe him  for keeping
the title and  registration for the van which was left there on our
Saturday .
