thank him for his patience on waiting on us to approve funds for the repair

Please advise me when repairs are complete.  We need to get this vehicle out

Greetings All;

Doug -- please contact Todd and tell him to commence van repairs!  At this
time keep to the items on his original list of needed repairs -- not the
additional stuff such as the windshield leak and the air conditioning.

Joe -- Pat Kilroy N8PK wishes to join the Van Committee, so please add him
to the list.

Frank -- Please let Joe know if you also wish to be on the committee.

Board -- this committee will need our help to stay energized and focused on
their task. We'll have to let them know what's expected from them. After
that, we'll need to step back out of their way and let THEM carry out their
mission.
