Yes I wish to remain on the van committee and continue with fund raising
among other projects.

Unfortunately I was so fatigued last night that I felt too tired to drive
and attend the meeting. Although I will continue to work on fund raising, I
don't want to be stuck in one area, but be involved in the total development
of this project.

If someone on the BoD could give me a brief rundown on last nights meeting,
I would appreciate it.

Also, if the Board members could remember to review the draft fund raiser
letter in depth and foreword constructive comments to me ASAP, I would
appreciate it.

There is other work relative to fundraising that will need to be done.
Preparation of initial mailing, getting names and addreesses, talking to
Post Office about mass mailing.  This amount of work will need help beyond
the committee. The committee needs to be deep in direction, but as in all
functions, help is needed by any and all club members.

Greetings All;

Doug -- please contact Todd and tell him to commence van repairs!  At this
time keep to the items on his original list of needed repairs -- not the
additional stuff such as the windshield leak and the air conditioning.

Joe -- Pat Kilroy N8PK wishes to join the Van Committee, so please add him
to the list.

Frank -- Please let Joe know if you also wish to be on the committee.

Board -- this committee will need our help to stay energized and focused on
their task. We'll have to let them know what's expected from them. After
that, we'll need to step back out of their way and let THEM carry out their
mission.
