Gentleman:

I was able to catch up with Buddy this morning and have a good conversation
with him concerning funding for the van project. He suggested we put
together a letter of our proposed plan with pictures and mail them to him.
He was telling me that the Homeland Security money is very slow arriving,
but there should be additional money for '04 next month. The county
commissioners will have some say about how the new grant money is spent,
but according to Buddy not entirely. He is on our side with this and I
think he'll do what he can to help.

We should pool our information and get a package to Buddy as soon as we
can. Frank and I with anyone else that would like to assist can work on
this.

I hope to see everyone this evening...
