When the board last discussed this, the Van Committee was asked to get the
details of what the agreement would be between the county and the club --
IF -- we decided to turn the vehicle over to the county. We have no
information on how this would work right now (even so, I am generally not
in favor of the idea, but gimme some data to change my mind) I think it's
safe to say that we will not have county govt. tags on the van any time
soon.

Joe N3YIM has been helping the Van Committee with some of the details of
getting this van on the road (Thanks Joe!)   If the Van Committee needs
help with these details, that's fine. But the Van Committee must provide
the direction for these efforts.

Sure, I can probably pick it up tonight.  BUT.......

We can't move the vehicle without insurance & tags.  I have been very busy
of late and haven't had a chance to get to the MVA to even find out how
much
tags would be.  Has anyone from the executive board touched base with the
county to follow up on the possibly getting county government tags?
