On CCARC Club Letterhead: (make it all sound nice and show how gratefull we 
are.)

our non profit tax id #

list of services the organization provides

Intended use of the vehicle including use of mast (there is still an outside 
chance that the mast will go with the truck,  but it is not looking real 
promising.)

Willingness of the radio club to accept all related costs and charges; tags, 
title, transfer, transportation and repair fees.

please FAX this document to Linda Jones, Finance and Accounting Department.

Also mail the original document to her at Maryland Public TV, 11767 Owings 
Mills Blvd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 as soon as possible (No, quicker than 
that!)!

I'll try to hold off removing the mast from the truck as long as I can.
