CARROLL COUNTY AMATEUR RADIO CLUB BOARD Minutes

  The Board of Directors of the Carroll County Amateur Radio Club met on 
May 21st 2003 at the Fire Training Center.

  Members present were, Steve N3SB, Frank K3MTT, Bill N3WM, John AK3Z 
and Joe N3YIM.

  President Beckman called the meeting to order at 1940.

  The main topic of the evening was formulation of the 2003-04 budget, 
there was much discussion on how to present a balanced budget to the 
membership, adjustments were made in several areas, both income and 
expenses, and the result is a balanced budget which will be presented to 
the membership for approval at the June meeting.

  There being no further business for the evening, the meeting adjourned 
at 2103.
