[K3pzn-board] [Fwd: hamfest] - Question

I have answered a number of questions regarding the hamfest that came 
into our K3PZN EMail.
 This one I'm not so sure how to answer as I heard there is construction 
up there and I don't know if we have any arrangements re campers
with the Ag center.

In  past years the answers differed. Sometimes it was no, most of the 
time I think we told them that we do not have special arrangements with 
the Ag center. There is no hookups and if they chose to come the night 
before, there is the possibility that the Ag center could charge a 
camping fee, but that it has not done so before. Also they were informed 
that there is no formal security.

Almost every year we have had people show up the night before or during 
the middle of the night. It is the first challange in the morning to get 
them to pay before they get mixed with others. We usually had someone 
arrive at 5 at the latest with tickets and collect from anyone on the 
ground and anyone who pulled in for the formal ticket sellers were in 
place, usually 5:15 to 5:30.

Recomendation: Reply using the language above that there is no security, 
etc. they will be on there own and maybe subject to a camping fee.
