Hi Board;

  I would like to invite members of the Board to my QTH on the 23d for 
the evening meal before the meeting, please let me know if you plan to 
attend, we will eat at 6:30pm sharp, and will conduct the business 
meeting afterwards around 7:30PM.  Non-board members are welcome to 
attend the business meeting.  I will do talk-in on 2 meters for those
