Greetings Joe & the board

Our by-laws require that we either vote on dues changes during the meeting
that the budget is presented (last month) or that we give at least 25 days
prior notice to all club members.

So -- although we can talk about it, we cannot vote on the issue next
month. We could, however, put a note in the newsletter indicating this will
be discusses at the August meeting.
