Hi Joe

Kelly had her baby Tuesday morning 8:44,  Gavin, 7 lbs 2oz, 20 inches 
long...mom and baby doing well. We'e down in Virginia Beach this weekend where 
they live and I'll be back home this evening.

I went down to Baltimore Friday....we have to pay property tax on the reported 
radios (the only property we really have) first. I have to get a tax clearance 
certificate from the county then go back down there again. Then we submit all 
of the paperwork for our charter to be reactivated.This process cost $100. 
After that, we then have to submit forms to file for tax exempt from the state 
taxes AGAIN. Our IRS tax exempt is for federal only and does not free us of the 
burdon of proof for Maryland taxes. It's crazy but that's the way it is. I had 
to make the first trip Friday anyway because I had to have our personal 
property taxes accessed. I'll try to get up to Westminster tomorrow and take 
care of the tax bill so we can keep the process moving. It will not be a lot of 
money.

Well that's the scoop Joe, would you please pass this onto the BOD? I am on 
Kelly computer and don't have the address with me.
