   Well all,

  To me it a matter of.If it is easier to track members dues
Then do it. If a member dues are due in sept.then let them pay
$7.00 to make a fixed all member renewal in apirl. Most members
already renew in apirl anyway. Then lets purpose to rise the
due starting in apirl of 2003. Also if a member time to renew was
may,june or july.Then give them a rebate of 1,2or3 dollars.To make
them a apirl renewal. Anyway hope this is helpful.
The way it is now. It got to be hard to track. Apirl is a good time
of the year for most folks.Spring your money loose.(laughs) CU ALL
