[K3pzn-board] Late Filing Fee Waivered

Dear CCARC;

In case you didn't read the (unformatted) Board of
Director's notes from last week:

Bill is referring to a document that was never
received by the state of Maryland - relating to our
club.  

They threatened us with a $275 fine(!!!) until Bill
explained our Club, our revenues, and asked for some
consideration.

Way to go, Bill!  It's great to see our new Treasurer
in action - saving the club money.

Keep up the good work.
