[K3pzn-board] 145.410 on the air CW session (Education)

You bet this is OK with me!!!

I should be able to run a weekly CW net on the
repeater (flexible night, of course) at about 9:00pm

Normally, the repeater is fairly quiet at this time,
and I can send messages that range from 30 to 60
seconds so the repeater is not tied up in case of
emergency.
