Hi Jim & other CCARC readers;

You bring up a good point.  I think the answer is
"probably not".  We'd be better off negotiating a
"deal" (as suggested by Joe) and paying $50 - $75 and
keeping the site...unless a group forms which has the
energy, motivation, and TIME to find a better site. 
It would be hard to imagine beating the location (good
view all around, and accessable by anyone) and
facilities of Gamber.

You never know, we might end up getting it for free
anyway, with a little questioning.
