[K3pzn-board] State Tax Filing

Frank & Gang:

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!

The filing was much easier because the CPA we use does these all the 
time...we actually filed a COF85 and form 990. I gave them a copy of the 
FY2002 spreadsheet and explained the different categories...they did the 
rest. I have a copy for our records. Bill Jones readily agreed to do the 
filing for us without charge. I will get a thank you note off to him for us.
