Hi Larry:

I was not able to go up to the site with Tom last evening but spoke with 
him and ran a few test. He has the repeater up running about 60 watts out 
to the duplexer. Since we only have about 5 volts on the control stage of 
the exciter, the output is about 200mw, less than half exciter power and 
half of what the Henry amp needs for proper drive. I spoke with Tom this 
morning and he is going to come up with a control circuit to supply 6-8 
volts (similar to what is there) and use the keyed B+. The higher control 
voltage will allow the exciter to run at rated output. Using the keyed B+ 
will of course remove voltage from the control stage when the repeater is 
not keyed up.

There you have it...we will keep you updated. If you have any suggestions,
