NWS Sterling is expecting the Storm Prediction Center will be issuing a "watch" for the entire metro area from around the 4pm hour to around 10pm. Saying storms should be moving into the area sometime after 1pm with highest probability of severe weather later in the afternoon. It is anticipated that this may happen in more than 1 line of storms. The notice I received didn't define "watch". Just the expectation.
