I have a KG-Q10H for 6m. I like it too. That's all I do with it. Smiley Antenna out of California makes a 6m antenna that seems to work well with it. $45 on top of the cost of the radio though.

If you're talking about a 6-meter handheld, there are a few models available. The ones I'm most familiar with are the Wouxuns: KG-Q10H and the KG-UV7D and Quansheng TK-11(8).

The KG-Q10H is a quadband. I have a couple and satisfied with them. FM only. And its easy to program without programming software (having done so at 2 am a couple of times). It has USB charging.

The KG-UV7D is an older model, basically a dual band. The primary band is 2-meters, but the purchaser can choose from one of thred bands for the optional channel. The only issue is the fact the battery has a draw when off and can go flat in a couple of weeks or so.

I haven't tried the TK-11 on 6-meters but it's another quadband. It bypasses the 220 MHz band, adding 10-meter FM. It has a wide reception of bands from 0.153 MHz to approximately 1 GHz. The Quansheng CPS is a bear to use so best to use Chirp or RT Systems. Transmitting on 10-meters requires a separate antenna. They say the TK-11(5) is similar to the 8, the only difference being the T-antenna for the second antenna to receive only.
