As a "prepper" this has a value whether people realize it or not. Years ago I saw such a need particularly for those of us who have insulin or other refrigerated medications and included such in my go bag.

If you've ever without power for a couple of days these are essential as the replacement costs for some meds can be expensive even with insurance (I once had one so expensive I felt I needed an armed escort to go to my car).
