Thanks to the help of fellow club members, Jonathan N5WTA, Shawn N3AE, Bob N3PPH and Dave W3PQS, the 146.985 Sunderland repeater is back on line using our spare-spare repeater, the Icom FR3000.

The link is still down, and the CW ID will cut off transmissions, but it is better than nothing. Hopefully the main repeater and the link will be restored by the end of this coming weekend, fingers crossed.

In the meantime, for folks who wish to use the 146.985 but are too far away, feel free to use the Echolink App on your favorite device, from anywhere you have an internet connection, and connect to the K3CAL-R node. This will put you on the air using the Sunderland repeater. Check it out at: https://www.echolink.org/
