Subject: [Ema] BLUF: Severe Weather Possible for 30 May 2025

A Flood Watch for potential flash flooding is in effect for the

entire outlook area tonight, May 30, 07:00 PM to May 31, 06:00 AM.

Situation: Heavy rainfall is forecast to occur in two rounds starting at 3 PM and lasting through 3 AM. Total accumulation is expected to be between 2 - 3 inches, with localized amounts reaching 4 or more inches. Flooding and flash flooding are possible in vulnerable areas. Saturated soils increase the risk of flash flooding.

Thunderstorms capable of producing isolated to scattered

instances of severe weather are possible late this afternoon into

the evening. Damaging winds, large hail, and a few tornadoes are

possible.

Emergency Services is monitoring and will update as necessary. There are no Statewide Weather Calls for this event.
