Hello Everyone!

I’m excited that the CARA POTA event is coming up this weekend. Plan to meet at the upper parking lot circle of Jefferson Patterson Park at 10:00AM, Sunday. 

Plan is to have an EFHW up in the air and a 17’ vertical. I have several band pass filters available. With at least two stations up, we can run the club call on one station, and allow others to activate with their personal call to get credit as an activator. Great chance to activate your first park, no equipment necessary!

On that note, if you plan to attend, it may not be a bad time to visit Parksontheair.com , and register your account to submit logs and get credit for the activation. It only takes a few minutes and the fun lasts a lifetime!
