On last night's CARA net someone wondered who would get the last KC3 call sign.

This morning Phil NO3N, passed along that KC3ZZZ was assigned on October 24th 2024 to a new Technician, Alberto Larotonda in Chestertown, MD.

I guess we will be hearing KD3 calls soon.
