Based on Brian's email, I pulled the links for the two HF nets and included them below.

20 meter
http://na5b.com:8901/?tune=14325usb

40 meter
http://na5b.com:8901/?tune=7268lsb

If you want to try and monitor both frequencies, you can open up two browser windows and play one in the left speaker and the other in the right speaker.

7.268 is active right now, not hearing anything on 14.325 at this time.
