Hello JAMES P,
This is a gentle reminder of our quickly approaching tailgate event. I hope you are doing fine and are as excited as we are about the upcoming Ole Virginia Hams Tailgate event on the 1st of June (Saturday) in a few weeks. Our club is looking forward to seeing everyone again and getting a chance to spend time together.
In addition to our tailgate event, we are hosting the Virginia QSO Party, and participants will be able to receive awards and certificates. QSL cards will be checked as well.
We will officially open our gate at 7 a.m. and will likely let vendors and sellers in early to set up.
Please mark your calendars for June 1st. The event will be held rain or shine, and we look forward to seeing you there.
